1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MGC CCTV Calculator mobile application or visiting the portal http://cctv.mgctech.in/, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the software.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, visual design, source code, logos, and mathematical implementations embedded in the MGC CCTV Calculator are the exclusive property of MGC Technologies Private Limited.

3. Calculation Accuracy & Engineering Disclaimer

The calculations provided by the application (including bandwidth, hard drive capacities, PoE power estimates, and focal length recommendations) are engineering estimates based on international standard codecs (H.264, H.265) and average surveillance bitrates.

Actual storage consumption may vary based on scene complexity, lighting conditions, night-time noise, manufacturer firmware variations, and exact camera configurations. Users are advised to account for safety margins when finalizing commercial procurement.

4. User License

MGC Technologies Private Limited grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly for your personal or commercial surveillance planning purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MGC Technologies Private Limited or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the calculation estimates.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Datia / Madhya Pradesh, India.
